The Strive for Five Pledge
HMTX is committed to understanding the issues that matter most to the communities where we work and live. Through the Strive for Five Pledge, we focus our community engagement efforts through five guiding principles:
Together, these principles guide our work with local nonprofits, business leaders, educators, and community organizations to help lift people up and support a stronger, more connected future.
House Up on The Hill: A Place for Partnership
Completed in 2022, House Up On The Hill was designed as more than a headquarters. It is a place where employees, guests, nonprofit partners, and community leaders can come together in a setting shaped by art, architecture, sustainability, hospitality, and shared purpose.
In 2025, HMTX continued to open this space to nonprofit organizations free of charge, offering access to event spaces, furniture, equipment, planning support, and coordination services. By removing barriers to gathering, we help organizations focus their time and resources on what matters most: serving their communities.
