HMTX Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of HMTX Industries, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on August 22, 2024, at 12:30PM EST and ends on August 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Participants must like this post and tag three (3) friends in the comments. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.

Prize: The prize is one (1) YETI Tundra Haul cooler and one (1) YETI 36 oz Rambler bottle equaling an estimated combined value of $500.00. The prizes will be branded with HMTX Industries’ logo. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of HMTX Industries. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions: HMTX Industries reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond HMTX Industries reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. HMTX reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HMTX Industries, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Connecticut.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to HMTX Industries’ privacy policy.
